Just a few friendly reminders that 6th, 7th and 8th graders have a practice card due by Monday, 5pm. Remember to submit them electronically using the links in the drop-down menu at the right. High School and Middle School orchestra students have a PRACTICE JOURNAL due tomorrow. Please see my previous post if you lost the hard copy I gave you on Monday. And now for some fun. Many of you know my son, David. While we are an INTENSELY musical family, David has no interest in playing an instrument. BUT I think I may have found his niche! INVENTOR of weird musical instruments. Check this out! What a fun science experiment this could be! (My only argument here is that the cello IS cool to play without being magnetic.) I prefer the sound of a real cello compared to this wannabe.
